
Lehigh Acres Gazette has confirmed Lee County School District Superintendent Dr. Nancy Graham has submitted her letter of resignation to the school board at 5:30 pm Tuesday evening. This comes just three weeks after the start of the school year.
She is resigning for purpose of retirement, according to the letter.
Graham’s resignation letter (page 107) also says she will work until December 21st. That day will mark 30 years in public education.
She is the third superintendent in Lee County since 2009.
How could she possible succeed with the current school board? Good for her!
