Lee County Deputies are searching for the person involved in a shooting late Monday night, and are asking for the public’s help locating his car.
According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, the shooting happened on 27th Street SW between State Road 82 and Leonard Boulevard around 10:45pm.
Deputies tell Fox 4 that one man was taken to the hospital for injuries, we do not know how severe those injuries are.
Investigators are searching for a vehicle associated with this case and are asking for the public’s help. The vehicle is a 2012 Silver Kia Optima 4-door sedan with Florida license plate 730 MBB. The car pictured below is an example of the car they‘re looking for.
