I want it on record I Frank Gardonyi object and do not support the FY 15-16 Fire Assessment for parcel 04442712000740110   (The land is undeveloped)

If this egregious proposal becomes law I have no doubt in subsequent years
FEES (taxes) for so-called fire protection will go up… up… up… up… up…

Law-biding citizens who are unable to pay the assessment will ultimately lose possession of their property.    The proposed assessment is abusive and confiscatory.

Please note the assessment proposed adds spectacular insult to injuries.

My parcel was supposed to have a beautiful brand new 2,400 square foot home constructed.  The house was never built funds for my new home were absconded by the developer / contractor.

Lee County agencies including local law enforcement permitted a rogue builder / contractor to go wild.   The Losses I sustained was a direct result of dereliction of duty and malfeasance.

I lost everything and Lehigh Acres wants to reach into my wallet and squeeze
me for more?  Lehigh Acres Officials have no shame and lot of nerve.

NO!   FY 15-16 Fire Assessment!

  1. If Mr.Frank Gardonyi will contact me I will at least assist him, if his claims are substantiated. I have officially validated that his contractor is still in operations and living in Plantation Florida. His License is still active in good standing with the State of Florida. If Mr Gardonyi wishes me to help his family, I would more than willing to tell him where to get the help and follow up, feel free to give him my email omega1001@netzero.com

    I also see that Mr. Gardonyi has already paid to the County $9862 in 2006 without a house being built. That upsets me, if validated, the county of Lee didnt at least tell this man where to go to regain losses.

    Not in your article was if Mr. Gardonyi had actually paid the contractor, therefore that would be a factor to consider. Also did he retain a lawyer at the time would also be a consideration.

    The retrospect the people have rights and the Florida Constitution guarantees those rights. Please have the man contact me and I shall try to help him. I shall never condone anyone in my Community being defrauded by local businesses.

    If you have-not noticed we are living in an era of lawlessness The Florida Constitution guarantees nothing.

    FYI I contacted the Lee County Sheriffs department not once but twice. My efforts to press charges against a criminal land developer and co-conspirators were thwarted.
    During the last conversation I had with the Sheriff Department an officer flippantly said… “Yeah, there is a lot of real estate fraud going on in Lehigh Acres” as if so what.

    Mr. Smith, I do want to take you up on your offer for help. If you know the Sheriff can you please arrange a meeting?
    I would like to meet with the Sheriff face to face.

    I really want to hear the Sheriff’s explanation why his office went out of it way to obstruct justice. Next I want to know how soon Ponzy schemers will be arrested and charged.

    Please let me know when the Sheriff will make himself available.
