The Caribbean American Social Club of Lehigh Acres presented two scholarship awards at its Annual Dinner Banquet which was hold at the Pelican Preserve Ballroom in Fort Myers on Friday, May 22 Both recipients – Dwayne Moffatt and Britney Henry – are from Lehigh Senior High School, and received a check for $500 along with a plaque.
Caribbean American Social Club of Lehigh Acres also presented the “Henry M. Garner Contribution Award” to Mr. Alexander Morgan, a long-standing member of Caribbean American Social Club of Lehigh Acres.
Mr. Morgan said, “I wish to thank the president and the others who were involved in the decision to present me with this award. I will treasure it and will continue to work, as best I can, to support the organization”.
