The Regularly Scheduled Board meeting referenced above shall begin at 5:00 p.m. and will be held at the Lehigh Acres Fire Control and Rescue District, Fire Station 104, 3102 16th St SW, Lehigh Acres, Florida 33976. The purpose of the regularly scheduled Board meeting is to conduct District business and to take official action on any and all other business to come before the Board of Commissioners. This meeting is open to the public with public comment being taken. Anyone wishing to appeal any action of the Board of Commissioners at any of the above referenced meeting(s) is responsible to have a verbatim record made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
