The search is on for a driver who slammed into the back of another car that had stopped for emergency vehicles attending to another accident.
The Florida Highway Patrol says the accident happened just before 11 p.m. Saturday on Lee Blvd. approaching Joan Ave. in Lehigh Acres.
Investigators say a car heading eastbound stopped for emergency vehicles attending to a crash in the road when a silver Infiniti slammed into the back of the first vehicle, then drove off.
