Five people are hospitalized after a fight broke out at a party in Lehigh Acres Saturday night, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident happened around 11:45 p.m. on 7th St. W. Deputies were investigating for about five hours this morning. Deputies couldn’t tell us what started the fight. Eyewitness that spoke to the Lehigh Acres Gazette stated three teens were shot and were taken to the hospital.
Neighbors called Lehigh Acres Gazette saying they heard gunshots, but deputies couldn’t confirm that. According to LCSO, when they arrived there was a large amount of people there and were involved in a pretty large fight. Five people were wounded during this disturbance.
No arrest have been made in connection to what happened and the community is not in any danger.
