Rex Douglas Duley, 55, a resident of Lehigh Acres, FL for the past 22 years passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 23, 2015. He was born November 10, 1959 in Rensselaer, Indiana the son of David and Shirleyann (Scholz) Duley. He was employed with the State of Florida for over 26 years and enjoyed muscle cars, motorcycles, Celtics basketball and especially his children. He will be truly missed.
He leaves behind to celebrate his memory: wife of 21 years, Nora Duley; children: Kyle Duley of Beverly, MA; Katelyn Duley of Naples, FL; Sheirys Ball and her husband Keith of Fort Myers, FL; Sheilys Ortiz of Cape Coral, FL; Loren-Li Moore and her husband Charles of Fort Stewart, GA; Zakarey Duley, Meghan Duley, Nalhani Duley and Lukke “LJ” Duley; grandchildren: Amaiya Ball, Josiah Batten, Izayah Moore, Elijah Moore, Charles Moore, Jr. and Crue Ball; parents: David and Shirleyann Duley; siblings: Ward Duley, Sonia Duley and Darin Duley.
Visiting hours will be held from 6-9pm on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at the Anderson-Patterson Funeral Home, 2701 Lee Blvd., Lehigh Acres, FL. Life celebration services will be held at 11am on Friday, February 27, 2015 in the funeral home chapel with burial following at Lee Memorial Park.
