Good Grief! New
Book From Dr. Seuss

Nearly two and a half decades after his death, a “new” book by Ted Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss, is all set for publication, says the Association of Mature American Citizens.  It’s called “What Pet should I Get?” and the famed author of books for children of all ages wrote it more than a half century ago.

Sometime after the good word-doctor’s passing, his wife set out to do a little remodeling in their La Jolla, CA home.  She put a few of her husband’s possessions-including the manuscript- in a box and set it aside so that workers could go about their chores.

Random House, which plans to release the book this summer, said: “This never-ever-before-seen picture book by Dr. Seuss about making up one’s mind is the literary equivalent of buried treasure!”
