4th Annual Art, Craft,
and Music Festival

Come enjoy the Arts of the Inland annual Art, Craft & Music Festival on Saturday, January 31st from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.  on Desoto Avenue, Barron Park, LaBelle.

The festival features local talented artists, crafters, writers, and performers each year in Barron Park.  “We welcome their amazing talent at our LaBelle annual festival” stated Arts of the Inland (AOI) president LaVon Koenig .  Local Boy Scouts will open the festival with the flag presentation at 10 a.m. followed by remarks by LaBelle Mayor Dave Lyons.  The family event is free to the public.

A brief list of vendors include:  artists Ken Stanchi, Olga Wood,  Penny Fox, June DeVincent; Linda Addison,quilter; Martha Caro;  Judy Usavage; Reid Woodbury; The Honey Bee Charmer; jewelry artist Raisa Hernandez; photographer John Hutson ; writers  Patty Brant, Richard Georgian,  James Usavage and many more.

The lineup of live entertainment includes: Music by Bob Speckin; Press On (the Shock Sisters);  the Firehouse Singers; and more.  Food Vendors are Exotic Eggrolls; Sonny’s BarBQ; and Tex-Mex.

Fun things for the kids are on tap too – face painting, a necklace station, sidewalk chalk drawing, and a drawing class.  Also, local students will be showcasing their creations in their own vendor booth.

Have you ever seen a Pink fire truck?  Well, the Southwest Florida Chapter of Pink Heals will be at the festival with their Pink fire truck.  It’s an organization that promotes the women and children of our community and awareness for all types of cancer through home visits and fundraising.

So mark your calendars for Saturday, January 31, from 10 am to 3 pm and plan on spending a fun and relaxing day at the park.

The Arts of the Inland and the LaBelle Downtown Revitalization Corporation (LDRC) have joined together in partnership to bring more of the arts to downtown LaBelle.
