A house fire at 507 West Jersey Road in Lehigh Acres. LAFC&RD personnel has confirmed that two people were inside the home, when they arrived. Both Linda and Gordon Evans were removed and taken to the hospital in critical condition – where one has died.
A woman did not survive and a man has been flown to Tampa General’s burn unit.
The home had hurricane windows so authorities were challenged to get inside.
