Mrs. Sue Mai Adams Wedge of Franklin, Tennessee passed away peacefully on November 24, 2014 at the age of 91. She was born in Shelbyville, Tennessee to Clara Dean Pickle Adams and Chesley Thomas Adams on July 27, 1923. Upon graduation from Draughn’s Buiness College in 1942 she went to Washington DC where she worked in the Pentagon. It was in Washington where she wed and raised a family in the Northern Virginia area outside Washington D.C. She is predeceased by her husband Leonard Frederick Wedge. She is survived by her son, Leonard Frederick, Jr. (Beth) of Roanoke, VA, daughters Martha Ann Thuma (Dick) of Franklin, TN, Linda Sue Thompson (Richard) of Springfield, VA and Sharon Marie Brooks (Darrin) of Lehigh Acres, FL, as well as twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at a future date at Quantico National Cemetery in Triangle, VA where she will be interred with her husband.
