Ed Jonathan Montilla, 21 of Lehigh Acres, was arrested and charged with Sexual assault.
Montilla of 112 Floyd Avenue in Lehigh Acres, allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in the woods behind a Lehigh gas station.
According to the investigation by Lee County Sheriff’s deputies Montilla motioned to the victim come behind the gas station, he was a former classmate of the victim.
Montilla offered the victim a dollar for oral sex and when the victim told Montilla she was not a prostitute he pushed her against the tree and forced sexual intercourse upon her.
After LCSO detectives interviewed Montilla he was taken to the Lee County jail and is being held without bond.
