Saturday, July 26: 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Award-winning artist June DeVincent will present “Intro to Painting Techniques.” Join her as she demonstrates four types of painting mediums and answers questions about techniques and products. Participants will have the opportunity to try their hand at any or all of the painting mediums during class. June encourages participants to bring their art in progress to class for advice and direction. All supplies are provided.
Wednesday, August 6: 6 – 7 p.m. Enjoy a Dulcimer & Fiddle Recital by local performing artists Joyce Waltman and Naomi. Selections from folk music, hymns and original compositions will be played. Learn about the history of these musical instruments and ask the musicians about their art form.
