Lehigh Acres Architectural and Zoning Review Board declines Walmart’s request to enlarge the site 4,000 sq. ft. with a liquor store attached to the main building.
Now the request goes to the county and the Hearing examiner for approval.
With questions from the board and the public, the board made a decision to decline Walmart’s request.
But one interesting comment came from member Mike Cook Assistant District Manager of ECWCD, That Walmart’s water control structure’s and out flow basin is a mess and needs work.
