Deadline To Register To
Vote in Special Election

Monday, March 24th, is the last day you can make changes if you want to be eligible to vote in the upcoming congressional special election.

Florida is a closed primary state, which means that you must be registered with a party to vote for that party’s candidates.

The April 22, 2014, special primary election for United States House District 19 will be a closed primary, which means only registered Republicans will be eligible to vote.

The books will close Monday, March 24th, at midnight. You must be registered to vote or change your party affiliation prior to the deadline to be eligible to vote in the April 22 special primary.
