With all the trials and tribulations this month with broken vehicles and life in general, I got on the scale today the first time in a month. And guess what, I was pleasantly pleased, I am now less than 400 pounds, and I weighed in today it 399 pounds …. I can’t believe it at the heaviest a few years back I weigh 450lbs and when I started this new journey I started at 410, I didn’t understand everything specially in the first week when a gain weight.
But I can’t wait to be 360lbs again because that was the weight I was 21 years ago when I married Laura.
So the journey continues ……
