Update:
Investigators say Donald McClain, 55, of Lehigh Acres was driving southbound in the northbound lanes of Alabama Rd. when he ran into the path of a northbound vehicle. McClain was ejected and died at the scene.
The driver of the car, Justin Tyler, 17, of Lehigh Acres sought medical attention for minor injuries.
Deputies say alcohol may have been a factor in the crash. The investigation continues.

A Lehigh Acres man was killed in a motorcycle accident Friday evening.
Lee County Sheriff Office says they responded to the scene of the two vehicle accident at the intersection of Cherokee Ave and Alabama Road around 11:50 p.m.
According to one source the white Toyota hit head on the motorcycle according to an unnamed source the motorcycle was driving on the wrong side of the road.
LCSO is still under investigating the cause of the accident. Alabama Road will remain closed from Cherokee Ave to Palm Ave for some time.
