Javik Miranda Gacusana, newborn, of Lehigh Acres, Florida passed away suddenly on December 16, 2013 at Tampa General Hospital.
He is survived by his loving parents Beth Ann and Joshua Gacusana; his brother Evan Adkins and sister Erin Sparks.
A private memorial will be celebrated by the family at a future date.
