Please be advised that all unincorporated areas of Lee County as well as the City of Bonita Springs, and the Town of Fort Myers Beach will have garbage, recycling, and yard waste collections delayed for one day the entire week beginning Monday, September 2, 2013 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.
If your normal garbage pick-up day is on Monday then your collection will be on Tuesday; if it is normally on Tuesday, then it will be Wednesday, Wednesday’s pick up will be on Thursday, Thursday’s on Friday, and Friday’s on Saturday.
This schedule is in effect from September 2 through September 7, 2013. Regular scheduled collections will resume on Monday, September 9.
