After the owner was charged with the death of a toddler who drowned in a kiddy pool, the Smith Family Daycare packed its bags and shutdown.
Melissa Smith is accused of aggravated manslaughter, after she told investigators she left Christian and several other children unattended in a kiddy pool while she went to the bathroom.
Smith turned herself in to authorities on Thursday, and on Friday she bonded out of jail.
