Ab humilibus orsa……From Humble Beginnings
City hood for Lehigh Acres, is a good idea. Of course you will have special interest/hate groups such as C.A.I.T saying NO it will raise taxes! But these groups have only hurt the residents of Lehigh Acres in the past.
Lehigh Acres is no longer a small retirement community. With 85% of the residents being between the ages of 0-45, this means that our humble town is now a small city, from my point of view.
We cannot allow less than 15% of residents to dictate the future of our community. We must stand up for our future and our children’s future. If we do not then Lehigh Acres will never see it full potential.
