Florida Highway Patrol was on the scene of a fatal vehicle accident with road blockage on Homestead Rd. in front of Majestic Golf Course.
Three people were riding in the vehicle when it flipped. A man landed underneath the vehicle and was pronounced deceased on the scene. The other two, a man and a woman, have been transported for treatment, and are listed in stable condition, according to the FHP.
FHP believes speed may have been a factor. The car was going north bound on homestead when it lost control ending upside down in between in the oak trees in front the golf club.
