SR 82 is closed between Owen Avenue and Griffin Drive due to a semi vs minivan accident.
According to FHP, the crash involved a minivan and a semi-truck that were headed westbound on SR-82.
The driver of the minivan was air lifted to Lee Memorial Hospital in critical condition; the driver of the semi was not injured according to FHP
FHP says SR-82 will be shut down for the next hour couple of hours.
