Lehigh Acres firefighters responded to a Mercedes Benz on fire. The accident happened on Joel Blvd. and East 17th Street.
According to the LCSO the driver smelled smoke and within minutes there were flames under the hood. The driver was unharmed.
Mercedes Benz is a total loss after the fire.
