Saint Bernard “Dozer”
Beaten During Break-in Has Died

Saint Bernard named “Dozer” is still in a lot of pain

UPDATE: Dozer, the St. Bernard severely beaten during a break-in over the weekend, has died.

A 10-year-old Saint Bernard named  “Dozer” is still in a lot of pain. Dozer was brutally beaten during a burglary.

According to his owner Deborah Como he’s getting X-rays today.

Over the weekend, someone broke into her home. They ransacked the inside; making off with antiques but, sometime during the break-in and robbery, Dozer was attacked.

When Como came home she found Dozer covered in blood, whimpering and laying on the floor.

Como stated that Dozer had no cuts and believes he fought back and bit the burglar

While Como tends to the Saint Bernard, hopefully nursing Dozer back to health, Lee County Sheriff deputies are investigating.

  1. How is it possible that they spent the entire weekend watching this dog writhe in pain?? You wait until Monday to get him xrays? Shame on you.
