Maximilliano Ruiz is faces a charge of capital sexual battery on a child. Ruiz is accused of forcing a 4-year-old girl to perform oral sex.
Deputies were contacted by the Department of Children and Families after the child told a DCF investigator that Ruiz had made her perform oral sex on him and do other sex acts with him while her mother was not home.
Ruiz remains in Lee County Jail with no bond set.
