The Thomas Alva Edison Kiwanis Science & Engineering Fair State Finalists did an outstanding job representing our regional in Lakeland. Twenty eight students presented their research projects and twenty five students received recognition through category place awards or special awards of cash. Eleanor Keys an 8th grade student from LA Ainger Middle (Charlotte County Schools) placed first in the Botany Category. Eleanor was also selected as the Junior Best of Fair in our fair.
