The state inspectors are at the Lehigh Spring Festival. Several children were hurt riding “The Ring of Fire” amusement ride, operated by Modern Midways, when it broke down upside down with five riders aboard. The ride came to a banging halt and returned to bottom of the ring, according to one eye witness.
