New Interim President / CEO

Inke Baker – Interim President / CEO

The Greater Lehigh Acres Chamber of Commerce announced today that Inke Baker will be the new interim president/CEO of the Greater Lehigh Acres Chamber of Commerce Inc. The board of directors voted Inke in the new position at the Nov. 30 board of director’s retreat.

Baker has been with the Chamber for over three years and worked as executive assistant during this time for two former presidents of the chamber. Baker is a resident of Lehigh Acres since 2002 and is a past president of the Rotary Club of Lehigh Acres. She is also currently the vice president of the Lehigh Acres Architectural Review Board and a 2010 graduate of the Leadership Lehigh program. Before coming to Lehigh Acres, Baker worked over 17 years in the IT industry in Europe and is experienced in sales, marketing and customer service.

  1. This is one of the best moves the chamber has made, I felt that the presidents position should be made from a local resident. I thought that Gary Bright was a great administrator for the Chamber I do not think he had the feel of the bussiness that had to survive or deal with Lehigh Acres. Inka who delt with the internal and external happenings of Lehigh Acres business IS the best choice and I feel that the Chamber WILL move forward, and function as a Chamber.
