Lee Memorial Health System is pleased to announce that Alla Zhukova, M.D. has joined the professional staff of Lee Physician Group. Specializing in family medicine/internal medicine, Dr. Zhukova is now accepting patients.
Prior to joining Lee Physician Group, Dr. Zhukova worked as a pediatrician at a children’s clinic and a children’s hospital in St. Petersburg, Russia. She completed her family medicine residency training at the New York Medical College, at Hoboken University Medical Center for Family Health, Hoboken, NJ. Dr. Zhukova is board certified in family medicine.
Her areas of expertise include preventive medicine, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, thyroid diseases, asthma and COPD, arthritis and osteoporosis including joint steroid injections, infectious diseases, including acute respiratory tract infections, pneumonia, and urinary tract infections.
