The regular monthly meeting referenced above shall begin at 6:00 p.m. and is held at the Lehigh Acres Fire Control and Rescue District Station 104, 3102 16th St SW, Lehigh Acres, FL 33976. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct District business and to take official action on any and all other business to come before the Board of Commissioners.
Anyone wishing to appeal any action of the Board of Commissioners at any of the above referenced meeting(s) is responsible to have a verbatim record made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. NOTICE OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING BETWEEN THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE LEHIGH ACRES FIRE CONTROL AND RESCUE DISTRICT AND THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIRE FIGHTERS, LOCAL 1826
Notice is hereby given that Lehigh Acres Fire Control and Rescue District will begin negotiating for the purpose of a successor agreement to the current Collective Bargaining Agreement(s) expiring on September 30, 2012 with the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 1826, District 6 and 19 on the following dates:
District 6 – June 27, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.
District 19 –July 5, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.
The above collective bargaining will be located within the Station 105 Administrative Meeting Room, 636 Thomas Sherwin Ave S, Lehigh Acres, Florida, 33974. These meetings are open to the public. However, public comment will not be received.
