Another Chinese Buffet is what we thought, and yes of course “all you can eat” none the less. We were expecting what we would get at any number of these places throughout Lee County, just more of the same. We looked at their menu and price list outside before entering the establishment. Monday through Saturday Lunch: Adult $6.99 Children Under 5 (eat in only) $3.99 / Monday through Saturday Dinner: Adult $10.49 Children Under 5 (eat in only) $5.99. Super Sunday and Major Holidays: Adult $10.49 Children Under 5 (eat in only) $5.99. That seemed to be the standard in the area. They advertise that they are “The Biggest Buffet in Lehigh Acres!” They go on to say that they have 8 Buffet Tables that feature everything from Chinese, Mongolian, Korean, & Japanese Cuisines with BBQ Spareribs, Mussels, Cocktail Shrimp, Salad Bar, Salmon, Beef, Chicken, Fish, Pizza, Apple Pie, Ice Cream and more! Well the window advertising certainly made us want to continue in with a healthy appetite!

“The Biggest Buffet in Lehigh Acres”
It was lunch time, so we ventured in hoping their outer advertising was all truth rather than fiction! We were warmly greeted by the hostess who promptly sat us at a table. Both myself and my dinning partner commented on the décor, how it was refreshing to see a Chinese Buffet with non-traditional décor. Italian pictures graced the walls, the restaurant was immaculately clean and the normal rush that usually finds its way into places like this was non existent. Not because the place was empty, but rather because the atmosphere was much more relaxed and laid back. Felt more like a sit down restaurant rather than an all you can eat buffet. It was not long before the waitress came to our table, welcomed us to the restaurant, took our drink order and invited us to enjoy the many buffet tables that awaited us. We looked around at first, taking in all that was before us, remembering what we had read outside before we came in to enjoy lunch. We were both surprised at the number of buffet tables and more importantly how the delicious looking items were presented. Nothing is just thrown on these tables, but proudly laid out, enticing you to try everything! Some of the food may be standard to all Chinese Buffets, but the taste was anything but standard! Weather we tried something from the Salad Table, the Fish/Seafood Table or the many selections of Chicken/Beef/Rice/Vegetable Table we were eager to get more as the food was delicious! How often have you been to a buffet, Chinese or otherwise and got a bowl of soup, only to get back to your table and have the bowl of soup be warm at best? Well let us tell you, that will not happen here! Their soup is HOT! We both got bowls of Wonton Soup, walked back to our table and that bowl of soup was still steaming hot! Slow sips with their soup! It was the best Wonton Soup either of us had in a long while, I had to go back for more! Make sure you leave room for the dessert table! Weather you like fresh fruit, pudding, ice cream, cookies or one of the other many goodies, try them all and you will love them all! And did we mention that it was real ice cream, not the stuff you drape out of a machine, but rather use an old fashion ice cream scoop to dig out! Real flavors that make you wish you didn’t eat so much! One thing that is key with me is my drink. One thing that I hate is to have a drink glass run empty! That will not happen at the Asian Buffet, let your glass get half full and they are right there to give you more. Bravo to them for the attentive service! Our lunch experience was delightful, one that will bring each of us back for more!
I did have the opportunity to do just that with a friend that is picky beyond belief. I knew if there was something wrong with this establishment, my dinner dinning companion would find it for sure! The dinner time crowd was heavier than the lunch crowd, but do not fear, the staff is just as pleasant for dinner. This time I tried different things, things I normally do not try at buffets due to the nature of the food. Items such as peel and eat shrimp and oysters on the half shell. I like these items to be more controlled rather than just laid out on a counter for who knows how long. I paid close attention to how the staff handled these items. Both were in ice trays so they were kept cold and fresh, but more importantly they did not place an over abundance of either item but rather a couple dozen of the oysters and perhaps 50 to 60 shrimp. As either was depleted, a staff member would re-stock the more than delicious items. That impressed me, so I said let me try these items. Was I glad I did! I was in heaven, all you can eat oysters on the half shell and peel and eat shrimp! Bring on the Margaritas, Hammock and soothing sounds of the beach waves! Both were delicious and whether you like cocktail sauce and lemon, hot sauce and lemon or just plain, bring a healthy healthy appetite as you will be like me and visit this table more than twice! As for my companion, their taste is much harder to please, and being a fish lover they have yet to be satisfied with any fish on any buffet. Well let me tell you, the fish they had, I believe it was salmon, was totally devoured with the last bite being praised as a great piece of fish with such a nice warm butter flavor. Then and there I knew the Asian Buffet has delivered on its promise of being delicious!! Once again, my drink glass was never left less than half full, the staff did a great job at attending to our table and every table around us!
Great lunch experience, great dinner experience! Both times I looked around at the fellow dinners and everyone seemed happy! As we were leaving the restaurant from dinner, some fellow dinners were behind us. There was a gentlemen reading the window as I did on my first visit, and he asked the fellow dinners if it was good and worth the price, and they gave a hearty recommendation of the Asian Buffet to the gentleman who promptly went it! That is what I give to you the ready of this revue, a hearty recommendation to visit the Asian Buffet on Homestead Road in Lehigh Acres, you will be glad you did!
Another great dinning experience right here in Southwest Florida! Their hours are Monday – Thursday 11:00am – 10pm. Friday and Saturday 11:00am – 10:30pm, Sundays 11:00am – 10:00pm. Give them a try the next time you are wondering where can we go to eat? Go to the Asian Buffet, enjoy “The Biggest Buffet In Lehigh Acres!”

This article is extremely accurate. I have the opportunity to go to other restaurants in Fort Myers but I usually choose this one. Even for my birthday. This has been my birthday meal for two years running! The whole fried shrimp are some of the best I have devoured. The staff is friendly and the food is flavorful. Large selection and affordable prices. I would recommend this place to locals and tourists alike!
