Lehigh Senior High School Center for the Arts had two student athletes receive the Hillmyer-Tremont Scholarship. The recipients of the scholarship are Isaac Reed and Bailey Woolford. The Hillmyer -Tremont Student Athlete Foundation Inc. was established in 1997 to continue the tradition of community service and assist the area’s young men and women, as demonstrated by Monk Hillmyer and Coach Elmer Tremont throughout their lives. The scholarship is an opportunity to reward a local male and female for his/her athletic and academic achievements. Each scholarship is $16,000. Principal Jeff Spiro shared “Isaac and Bailey are model representatives that embody the quality and characteristics of the scholarship. We are thankful to the committee for their continued support for the youth in Lee County”.
