The two anchors, Bealls and Save-A-Lot\u00a0account for\u00a045 percent\u00a0of the rent in the complex.<\/p>\n<p>James Medefind and Michael Jaworski, retail specialists in Tampa with Marcus\u00a0and Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, marketed the\u00a0sale of the 74,315-square foot property. The buyer, listed as a private investor, is based in Florida.
