Lehigh Acres Edible Gardening Exchange<\/strong><\/p>\n Join our member-to-member chat about successes and failures of summer crops here in Lehigh. What grows well in your summer garden? What gets fried then curls up and dies or gets chewed-to-death by bugs? Let’s share our knowledge with each other and become better summer gardeners.<\/p>\n The meeting starts promptly at 5:30pm on Thursday, June 21st in the Veterans Park Recreational Building, 55 Homestead Road. A once-in-a-lifetime membership fee to Veterans Park of $10 per person is required after one free “trial” visit. There is no fee for the Lehigh Acres Edible Gardening Exchange.<\/p>\n A raffle ticket is provided to each member that brings in an item to exchange whether it be seeds, cuttings, plants, fruit, veggies, or a healthy drink or snack.
