<\/a>On Monday, April 9, 2012, at approximately 8:30 p.m., the Lee County Sheriff’s Office received a call\u00a0about a possible injured person or persons.\u00a0 The incident was at\u00a03501 49th\u00a0Street West in Lehigh Acres,\u00a0Florida. Deputies responded to the\u00a0residence and found the front door unsecured.\u00a0\u00a0Upon entering, a trail of blood led through the residence to two\u00a0victims,\u00a043 year old Amy Ann Lorah and\u00a0her son William “Dalton” Haley, age 16.\u00a0\u00a0Both had suffered\u00a0gunshot wounds.\u00a0 Spent 9mm shell casings were discovered scattered throughout the residence.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\nDue to the nature of the violent crime, homicide detectives with the Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit were assigned to investigate. After several interviews in the ensuing days, two juvenile suspects were identified then arrested last night.
