Publix Super Markets has confirmed it is complying with the new state law, stating that it follows all federal, state, and local regulations, while emphasizing that any customer creating a threatening, erratic, or dangerous shopping experience\u2014regardless of firearm possession\u2014will prompt store management to engage local law enforcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The policy change applies to all Publix stores across Florida, with multiple employees and store managers confirming the shift in practice.
