The 14-day holiday ends Sept. 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first sales tax holiday of 2023 took place in late May.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The disaster preparedness sales tax holiday was enacted through a tax relief plan&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.flgov.com\/2023\/05\/25\/governor-ron-desantis-highlights-largest-tax-relief-plan-in-floridas-history\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">signed into law<\/a>&nbsp;by Gov. Ron DeSantis in May.
