I drove her home. My girlfriend is in the car.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hernandez, who gently mocked her daughter on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@achi.1122\/video\/7254602919389957422\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">TikTok,<\/a>&nbsp;told Storyful that she was in fact proud of her for \u201cbeing responsible enough to know not to get behind the wheel,\u201d and grateful for Ronny\u2019s actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She said that her daughter was out with Ronny\u2019s girlfriend for a Christmas Eve party and that both girls had \u201ca bit too much to drink.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The video had garnered nearly five million likes since it was posted on July 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cShe isn\u2019t a regular drinker. Actually she shouldn\u2019t have been drinking at all,\u201d Hernandez said. \u201cLuckily Ronny picked them both up and drove them home.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hernandez, whose mother was killed in a drunk-driving accident, said she wished the man responsible for her death had \u201chad a Ronny\u201d that night. She said that Ronny deserved recognition for doing the right thing.
