Afterwards, the American Civil Liberties Union, made a statement on Twitter, condemning the state of Florida had not provided \u201cnecessary gender-affirming care\u201d to Mr. Owen who identified as a female.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 1984, Owen killed a 38-year-old mother and a 14-year-old teenage girl. He made claim that he committed these heinous acts so he could, \u201cabsorbed their souls\u201d of the two victims and that they \u201cstill reside inside of him.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duane Owen during testimony, made claim that he sexually assaulted women as part of a ritual to harvest their female hormones, and that he was a transexual who carried out the sexual violence to \u201cturn himself into a female.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was reported that Owen had made claim to 7 rapes and five murders along with other crimes throughout the state of Florida.
