California, Illinois and New York State also prohibits open carry. Florida gun rights advocates are stating that the current \u201cconstitutional carry\u201d bill as is, and without open carry, is an empty bill and continues to deny the Constitutional right of individuals to choose how to carry their weapons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current bill, HB 543 is without the open carry language added.
