After refusing to do a breathalyzer and a sobriety test, Deramo told deputies she had a few drinks earlier in the night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deramo was arrested on January 7th and charged with a DUI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are waiting on a statement from Pendergrass.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A county commissioner assistant was arrested for driving under the influence.
