Find a floor-to-ceiling river rock fireplace for roasting chestnuts in the living room. The gourmet kitchen is a baker\u2019s dream, boasting an oven with 12 different cookie settings. Cookies are served directly from the oven to the table in the adjoining dining room, along with cocoa on tap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boughs of holly deck the hall leading to the primary bedroom and two charming guest rooms. Tiptoe to Santa\u2019s quiet study where an impressive writing desk is flanked by the same sewing table he used to make the original Teddy bear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. and Mrs. Claus claimed the home on Zillow in 2016, according to the online real estate marketplace, giving those who believe a chance to view the cozy cabin. According to Zillow\u2019s Zestimate<\/a>, there are no similar homes anywhere in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Six years ago, Zillow experts valued the Claus home at $650,000, basing the estimate on \u201ccomparable homes in remote locations\u201d on the coast of Alaska and by adding a \u201cSanta premium\u201d of 78%, the percentage of respondents in a survey that called Christmas their favorite holiday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, Zillow estimates the snowy home to be worth over $1.15 million, up from slightly more than $1 million<\/a> last year. If you were hoping to claim the home, you\u2019re out of luck \u2013 the home, which appears without an address on Zillow, is off the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Claus\u2019 home was first built in 1822 and has undergone a few recent remodels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some of the home\u2019s most special features include an oven with 12 different cookie settings, a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, and a study where Santa makes his<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s tucked among giant fir and spruce trees on 25 sprawling acres, along with a state-of-the-art toy workshop, reindeer stables, a sleigh garage, and a litany of cabins for the elves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New this year, Zillow is offering a 3D tour of Elf Village, where elves live on-site in their own private family accommodations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
