Both the mayor and the individual whom the mayor allegedly had stricken with the rake were assisting with a cleanup at Orlando Park after Hurricane Ian. The victim was said to be filming Mayor Berkman on his phone at a pavilion in the park after Berman made several comments about \u2018kicking his a**.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police did not immediately release the root issue of the alleged attack by Berkman, but stated that the victim\u2019s cellphone video lined up with the victim\u2019s statements to the officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The victim stated to officers that he wished to pursue criminal charges against Mayor Berkman.
