One of the vehicles, an Acura RSX, was pulled over for the violation. The driver, 20-year-old Tony Nguyen-Dinh, of Cape Coral, was arrested and booked into the Lee County Jail. He faces charges of reckless driving and racing on highways. One of the vehicles, a Honda Accord, was pulled over for the violation. The driver, 20-year-old D\u2019Quaryan Elijah Byrd, of Fort Myers, was arrested and booked into the Lee County Jail. He faces charges of reckless driving, racing on highways, and additional offenses.
