Pollo al carbon is grilled chicken cooked over coal. El Gran&#8217;s pollo&nbsp;platter comes with yellow rice, beans and tortillas. The dish is currently available at the Lehigh truck and El Gran&#8217;s location in the Immokalee flea market.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The full lineup of El Gran Taco Loco spots includes brick-and-mortar restaurants in Immokalee, Bonita Springs, LaBelle and Homestead, as well as food trucks in&nbsp;Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral and at the Immokalee flea market.
