Additionally, Hoover allegedly attempted to persuade the underage male student to consume from her alcoholic beverage via a straw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The unidentified and underage male student stated to police that Hoover approached him on the dance floor multiple times \u201cand began twerking\u201d on him according to a police statement.
