To listeners of a Beasley Media Group Top 40 station in its home market, he\u2019s known as \u201cBig Mama.\u201d To the Lee County Florida School Board, he\u2019s candidate Jason Jones.<\/p>\n\n\n

With his candidacy, this longtime morning show zookeeper has enforced resign from the program he leads because of possible FCC enforcement and fines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jones did violate FCC rules and Beasley Media Group\u00a0knows it. Beasley Media Group\u00a0even removes \u201cBig Mama\u2019s\u201d announcement podcast off their website. (see below)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jones has other issues:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jason \u201dBig Mama\u201d Jones, LCSO Background further noted that Jones while serving in the United States Army (6\/1990 -7\/1993) had been charged with Disorderly Conduct. It was further noted that separate from this incident of Disorderly Conduct, Jones had been court-martialed on other issues and was discharged from the military service for Bad Conduct.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Definition of \u201cBad Conduct\u201d<\/a> \u2013 Bad conduct discharges are often preceded by a period of confinement in a military prison. The discharge itself is not executed until the completion of both confinement and the appellate review process. Virtually all veterans\u2019 benefits are forfeited by a Bad Conduct Discharge. Also referred to as the \u201cBig Chicken Dinner\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Big Mama has NOT applied to Florida for the restoration<\/a> of his civil rights. Can he vote or not. If NOT he can NOT run for any political office in the state of Florida.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
