It was further noted that separate from this incident of Disorderly Conduct, Jones had been court-martialed on other issues and was discharged from the military service for\u00a0Bad Conduct. Definition of \u201cBad Conduct\u201d\u00a0\u2013 Bad conduct discharges are often preceded by a period of confinement in a military prison.\u00a0The discharge itself is not executed until the completion of both confinement and the appellate review process. Virtually all veterans\u2019 benefits are forfeited by a Bad Conduct Discharge.
